Landlord Direct’s physical inspection service is optional and Auckland-only. The inspection provides visual observations and reporting only and does not constitute professional certification, compliance approval, or repair work. Clients agree to release Landlord Direct from liability for any loss, damage, or discrepancies arising from the inspection.
